December 2007, Extension of the Installation at Casa da Música - Porto, Portugal
Attending to the success of the Installation, Casa da Musica extended the exhibition of the project for 6 months. The following video was recorded during the general rehearsal of the system prior to its installation at Casa da Musica: "Improvisations with Public Sound Objects.

October 2007, Installation at Casa da Música - Porto, Portugal
Installation of the System with significant improvements at the user interface and Physical structures of the Terminals (Developed by the Artist Jorge Abade). We are now using a Disklavier Piano as a Synthesis Engine. The installation will be open from October to December 2007.

September 2005, Installation at ICMC 2005
Additional Guest Lecture at the 1st ICMC Networked Music Workshop by Álvaro Barbosa, Scot Gresham-Lancaster, Jason Freeman and Ross Bencina.

October 2004, Conference held at Olhares de Outono 2004 Festival
Project presentation under the "Displaced SoundScapes" context - October 30th, during the Olhares de Outono 2004 Festival. Download the Displaced SoundScapes Presentation.
October 2004, System trial and concert at Oporto School of Arts
The PSO System was fully installed from October the 7th to the 13th and was tested by over 200 users on-site and on-line. On October 8th a concert was performed live by 7 musicians at the Scholl of Arts from the portuguese Catholic University in Porto.
